Memorial Day weekend was amazing. Adria, Joel, and Andrew came to visit and we had a blast!

Friday night, we played Bar Golf and got to check out some new Bethesda bars we’d never been to.

Saturday, we drove down to Georgetown to have brunch and wander around the shops for a while. Andrew and I happened upon a free wine tasting at Dean and Deluca, and spent some time ogling the chocolates. 

That evening, we went to a club in Adams Morgan called District. Three of my best friends in the whole wide world in the same place at the same time. The universe nearly imploded with the sheer awesomeness of it.

And if that weren’t enough, we got some Jumbo Slice… 

…and Amsterdam Falafel afterwards!! Those pink slices that look like ham…yeah, those aren’t ham. 

Sunday, we went to Bethesda Row for bagels, and I ended up getting some cute wrapping paper at Paper Source for Melanie’s birthday present.

Monday, we went sailing on the Chesapeake Bay on my boss’s sailboat. I even got to put on fingerless gloves and help with the tacking!
